1. Acceptance

By registering on QuantProc, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Platform Description

QuantProc is an AI-powered B2B procurement platform connecting clients, vendors, workers, and engineers across India via RFQ management, sealed bidding, and talent matching.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate GST and business information
• Not misuse the platform for spam or fraudulent RFQs
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws

4. GST Verification

All vendors must provide valid GSTIN. False information may result in account suspension and reporting to GST authorities.

5. RFQ and Bidding

• RFQs must represent genuine procurement needs
• Sealed bids are binding once the bid window closes
• QuantProc is not responsible for buyer-seller disputes

6. AI-Generated Content

AI quotes and recommendations are for reference only. Users must independently verify before making procurement decisions.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Fake vendor profiles
• Fraudulent RFQs
• Scraping platform data
• Circumventing the platform for transactions initiated here

8. Limitation of Liability

ADS Infra Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for losses from vendor performance or AI recommendations. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to courts in Delhi, India.
