• Match vendors, clients, and contractors via AI
• Send OTPs and platform notifications
• Improve AI matching and quoting
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Legal Basis (DPDP Act 2023)

Processing is based on your consent given at registration. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, which may limit platform access.

4. Data Sharing

• Platform users — limited business contact info for RFQ matching
• Fast2SMS, Brevo — OTP and notification delivery
• DigitalOcean — cloud hosting (Singapore region)
• Government authorities — when required by law

We do not sell personal data.

Data retained while account is active and for 3 years post-closure for legal compliance.
